A hand fasting ceremony in Plymouth combining a registry office marriage in the morning with a larger personal celebration later, involving friends, family and a poem printed on every table.
Tina served as our celebrant for our wedding. We had some meetings through our planning journey to discuss our ideas. Tina was really helpful in coming up with ideas, and the hand fasting worked beautifully. We were getting married at the registry office in the morning and then having a larger ceremony and celebration later. It was lovely to include friends and family, each with their own ribbon to use.
I wrote a poem for my husband and Tina had it printed onto a card and placed on our wedding tables in our chosen colours, which was a lovely touch. The ceremony was so personally us — after being together for 23 years we had quite a bit to include. Tina put it together and timed it perfectly.

A bespoke celebration ceremony in Devon in 2021 after Covid prevented the original wedding, described by the venue staff as simply the best ceremony they had ever hosted.
Whilst the pandemic deprived us of the original wedding we wanted, we still went ahead with the legal marriage in July 2020. We then arranged a full celebration in July 2021. Having had the legal ceremony already, this freed us up to create a day that was truly our own.
Tina is a very close and dear friend, and one we knew we could trust. She still sat down with us to learn more about our relationship, our love and our family, showing the care she takes in planning every ceremony. She even printed our vows so we did not have to worry about forgetting them.
Tina's ceremony was in a different league entirely. The staff at the venue told us it was simply the best ceremony they had ever hosted, with a beautiful balance of emotion and laughter.
